How long do you have to return your gear?

For New Zealand customers, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return, as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. International fighters, you also have 14 days to initiate a return. Please note, return shipping costs are on you unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Returns apply to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items where the fault is due to manufacturing defects and not caused by misuse or neglect.
Products that show signs of improper use (e.g., cuts, tears, burns, water damage, or damage from striking unsuitable surfaces such as concrete) are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

For our New Zealand fighters, we’ve got your back—PunchPower Labs covers return shipping for valid returns under the Consumer Guarantees Act. International warriors, return shipping is on you unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll aim to process your refund within 3–5 business days—quick and hassle-free!

How long untill I recieve my gear?

We try our best to fulfil your order within 24 hours, and shipping NZ wide takes 1-3 business days. Usually, you will have your gear in hand within 48 hours :)

Can I return damaged or defective gear?

Absolutely! If your gear shows up damaged, faulty, or not as described (manufacturing defects only), just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out.
