New Zealand customers: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. International customers: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Returns apply to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items where the fault is due to manufacturing defects and not caused by misuse or neglect. Products that show signs of improper use (e.g., cuts, tears, burns, water damage, or damage from striking unsuitable surfaces such as concrete) are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law.

Who pays for return shipping?

NZ customers: PunchPower Labs covers the return shipping cost for valid returns under the Consumer Guarantees Act. International customers: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — unused products with their packaging intact may be returned for store credit, which can be used for an exchange or future purchases.
